Nicholas Ind is a Professor at Kristiania University College in Oslo and a partner in Equilibrium Consulting. Previously he ran Icon Medialab’s brand consultancy arm in Sweden. Before he joined Icon, Nicholas had his own branding consultancy in the UK, was a director of a design group and was an account director in an advertising agency. Nicholas is the author of 13 books.

Since 2011, Holger J. Schmidt is Professor of Marketing at Koblenz University of Applied Science. He also is a Visiting Professor at EM Strasbourg Business School and lectures regularly at CPUT in Cape Town. In his teaching and research, he is passionate about brands.
